Coming out of the cupboard

This week we have been trying to find somewhere to store Dylan. Personally I think he looks best under the crock pot but Kristy prefers him in with the pasta. The worrying thing about crawling is that he made his own way into all these spaces, we are double checking every time we close the dishwasher.

Now that's a Black Widow!

My catch and release spider program came to an abrupt end last week. I walked around the corner and found the wife of the male black widow that I released before. I'm not exaggerating when I say this spider was huge! After cautiously snapping the pic, I bravely killed it with a shovel .... sorry mum.

Dylan is doing great and we are trying to get him to eat real food with varying success. He had his first swimming lesson last week and the teacher said he did great . He weighed in at 18lbs 7oz and 28.5" tall at his six month check up.
